1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crypto Academy Tuition website and any tuition services you book with us. Crypto Academy Tuition is based at Adelphi Mill, Grimshaw Lane, Bollington, Cheshire, SK10 5JB, United Kingdom. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. The Nature Of Our Service

Crypto Academy Tuition provides private educational sessions about Bitcoin, blockchain technology and digital assets. Our sessions are designed to help clients understand these subjects — including how exchanges and wallets work, how to approach security, and how to think about risk — in plain, practical terms.

Sessions are available one-to-one, as a couple, as a family, or in small groups, and can take place in person in Bollington, Cheshire or online.

Important — please read

Crypto Academy Tuition provides education only. We are not a regulated financial adviser, broker or investment manager, and nothing we say in a session, on this website, or in any communication with you constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Digital assets are high-risk, highly volatile, and you could lose some or all of the money you allocate to them. Any decisions about buying, selling or holding digital assets are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly encourage you to seek independent, regulated financial advice before making any investment decision.

3. Important Regulatory Notice

Digital assets are not covered by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), and most digital asset activity is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This means that if something goes wrong, you are unlikely to have access to the same protections you would have with a traditional regulated investment.

We do not promote, encourage or endorse any specific investment decision. References to specific exchanges, tools or platforms during a session are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.

4. Bookings And Free Sessions

Your first session with us is free of charge and carries no obligation to book any further sessions. To book a free session, you can use the form on our website or contact us directly using the details at the bottom of this page.

We will do our reasonable best to accommodate your preferred time, format and session type, but availability is not guaranteed and may vary depending on demand.

5. Fees And Payment

Any fees for sessions beyond your free first session will be clearly communicated to you in advance, before you commit to booking. We do not charge any hidden fees. Where applicable, payment terms will be agreed directly with you before a paid session takes place.

6. Cancellations And Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer future free sessions.

7. Client Conduct

We ask that all clients treat our tutors and any other participants in group sessions with respect. We reserve the right to decline to provide a session, or to end an ongoing relationship, if a client's conduct is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided during sessions, including any materials, tools, guides or research articles, remains the intellectual property of Crypto Academy Tuition unless otherwise stated. You may use these materials for your own personal learning but may not redistribute, resell or publish them without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Academy Tuition accepts no liability for any financial loss, damage or other consequence arising from decisions you make regarding digital assets, whether or not those decisions were informed by anything discussed during a session with us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10. Our MEXC Partnership

Crypto Academy Tuition is an official partner of the MEXC exchange and may share a referral code with clients who wish to use it. Using our referral code is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving tuition from us. We may receive a commission or benefit from MEXC if you choose to use our referral code, and we disclose this openly. Any account you open with MEXC is governed entirely by MEXC's own terms and conditions, not ours.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
